It's just bad!
I had never seen this sequel... and after watching it I wish I hadn't! It was AWFUL. Without doubt one of the worst films I have ever seen; it is truly bad. From the acting to the story (how on earth did they save Jobe from the first film? His body shriveled up!) to the confusing plot. It makes you ask the question: just what were they thinking?!
